At blushin.pk, we care about your satisfaction. While we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare items for hygiene reasons, we do accept return or refund requests for damaged, incorrect, or missing items if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.

Please read the following points carefully before requesting a return or refund:

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed skincare products.
  • Damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for exchange or refund after review.
  • Cancellations are only allowed within 2 hours of order placement.

Refunds

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Email us at support@blushin.pk with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

We only issue payment reversals for orders that are canceled before shipping, items that are found to be out of stock, or in cases where damaged or incorrect products are reported and approved for return.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, as we process and pack items quickly. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement for the same product or a suitable alternative if the original is out of stock.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products that have been opened or used. Items purchased during sales or special promotions are also non-returnable. Additionally, gift cards and e-vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping returns

At blushin.pk, we carefully pack and ship your skincare products within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days nationwide. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to stay updated.

If you need to return your product due to damage, defect, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
